All orders include FREE UPS Ground as the shipping method within the continental US. Orders will usually ship within 1 to 3 business days of when the order is placed. We do not ship to PO Boxes. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. We require a $17 intercept fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to the customer’s error.We do not ship internationally at this time. We will process all frozen and refrigerated orders Monday-Wednesday, any orders that are placed after 12:00pm CST on Tuesday will go out the following Monday. We reserve the right to make logical decisions regarding ship date based on weather conditions to ensure frozen and refrigerated orders arrive in the best condition possible. We cannot accommodate requests to hold placed orders for future ship dates. Please double check all address information for your orders. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete information.

New condition items can be returned to us for any reason within 10 days from the delivery date with no restocking fee (you simply pay the return shipping). Refunds are processed through Stripe and take 3 to 5 business days to post to your account.
